1. Informational purposes only

This website provides general information about Volo vehicles, programs, and events. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell, a financing offer, or a binding agreement of any kind.

2. Pricing and specifications

All prices shown — including configurator totals — are estimates only. They exclude taxes, registration, delivery, and any applicable fees, are subject to change without notice, and do not constitute a binding purchase offer. Final pricing and specifications are confirmed in writing at the time of order. Images are illustrative; vehicle imagery is generated for visualization and final finishes are confirmed with physical samples.

3. Track use only

Volo vehicles are purpose-built track machines. They are not certified for use on public roads, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise. Owners are responsible for complying with all track and event rules.

4. Configurations and inquiries

Saving a configuration stores it on your device and issues a reference ID; it does not place an order or reserve a vehicle. Submitting a form sends an inquiry to our team; we are not obligated to respond within any particular timeframe, though we try to be quick.

5. Financing

The financing form is a pre-inquiry, not a credit application, and submitting it does not affect your credit. Any financing is provided by independent lending partners, subject to their approval and terms. Never submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or full payment card numbers through this website — we will never ask for them here.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, imagery, and the Volo name and marks — is the property of Volo Auto Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse this site: no scraping, no attempts to breach security or access non-public systems, no submission of false or unlawful content, and no interference with other users.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

11. Changes
